  • Aug 04, 2023 Beach Villas OT-1404 Our family of 5, which includes three 20-something “children” LOVED our stay at OT-1404. Plenty of room, beautifully furnished, and comfortable for all of us. We took in the sun and beautiful views from the lanai. We had a few drinks at the poolside bar, while we watched the Denver Nuggets win the NBA championship! We swam and hung out by the pool and walked along the path of the lagoons. It was a perfect way to spend time as a family before all of the kids go back to college. I treasured the time at the Beach Villas. You will, too! Be sure to enjoy some local food from the deli in the Island Market at nearby Ko Olina Station. The mochi malasadas will not disappoint! I think we were there almost every day for snacks and take out for dinner. We are definitely coming back real soon! Lori R
  • Apr 26, 2022 Excellent Villa/PH The Villa and complex was beautifully maintained. 1404 PH suite had amazing views and was well stocked for any beach goer!! Pool areas were nice and very easy access to beach. Complex could use its own dinning location but there were enough within walking distance to satisfy our dinning wants. Victor F
  • Feb 04, 2022 Amazing views / Amazing property If you haven't stayed at the Beach Villas at Ko'Olina before I can only say it's an amazing place to stay for couples or for families looking to relax. This unit in particular has one of the best views you can find, don't miss the sunsets every night! This place is stocked with all the things you need to get started and Costco/Target/Food Land are just a short drive to get all your supplies for the week. There are also beach chairs/toys as well as a high chair and pack and play for the kids! The property itself has everything you could want to relax, three pools, two hot tubs, gym, and a bar down by the beach(the bartenders and staff are always very friendly in my opinion). Not to mention that the entire Ko'Olina area is very well taken care of, the beaches cleaned daily with bathrooms and washing stations at each lagoon. Highly recommend booking the spot if you are looking for a great spot to relax and use as a base for all the adventures Oahu has to offer (Almost everything is within at most an hour drive). Tyler H
  • Jan 11, 2022 Beautiful Property This is an amazing place. Not only is the unit five star with amazing views, but overall the property is maintained like a five star resort. The unit is also fully equipped with beach chairs, snorkel equip, boogie boards, etc. The only downfall would be the lack of bars/restaurants on the property. There is only one open air beach bar but the Marriott and Four Seasons both have restaurants nearby which you can eat at or bring take out back to the Ola Properties Beach Bar.   • Mar 22, 2021 Wonderful stay in Hawaii! My sister and I stayed at Ko Olina Beach Villas for 5 nights. We wanted a place with a kitchen for the flexibility of eating take out food and cooking. Pam, the property manager greeted us and gave us a tour of the place upon arrival and explained how to use all the appliances, parking, etc. The place was very clean, with a fully stocked kitchen. And the best part, the VIEW! It's a penthouse floor overlooking the pool and the beach, it was breathtaking. We loved waking up to the view and enjoyed our wine on the balcony. Even though the weather was not on our side during the trip, this place made it worthwhile and we had a fantastic time. I highly recommend this place, and a whole family can probably stay here very comfortably. Gloria S

This Ko Olina Beach Villa is located on the 14th floor and comes with full ocean views! After your stay here, we are sure you will agree that Ko Olina is one of the most beautiful resorts in Hawaii. Located on the western shore of Oahu, Ko Olina, which means, Place of Joy, in Hawaiian, is a 642-acre master-planned family resort with 1.5 miles of pristine white beaches complete with 4 beautiful man-made lagoons. The Beach Villas are located on the number 2, Honu lagoon just south of the Aulani Disney Resort.


Our 14th-floor penthouse has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and can sleep 6. Sleeping accommodations include a sofa sleeper in the living room with a full foam mattress, one king bed in the primary bedroom, and 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom that can be converted to a king-size bed. A Pack and Play Crib is also available. 

The condominium has 180-degree ocean views that provide incredible picturesque sunsets. The luxury kitchen was designed by Roy Yamaguchi and includes Sub Zero and Wolf appliances that will allow you to cook fantastic meals for yourself or your family. You will enjoy pocket sliding doors that slide completely into the wall making the entire condo feel like you are outside and closer to the ocean breezes and enchanting views.

Everything is provided for your stay. A complete set of non-stick cookware, utensils, glasses, dinnerware, baking sheets and storage containers, boogie boards, beach toys, masks, and snorkels are all provided for your use if you want to stay in and relax. Free WiFi is provided, along with free Netflix which has thousands of movies available and digital cable HD TV with Showtime movies in all rooms. Our villa also has two parking spaces available.  There are also many fabulous restaurants close by which include a Roy's here at Ko Olina. If you are a golf addict, there is a Ted Robinson 18 hole championship golf course just across the street. Please enjoy the crystal clear pools and lagoons that Ko Olina Beach Villas has to offer!

Please note that your unit has 1 complimentary, compact-sized parking space. Any additional vehicles will require a one-time fee of $25.00. Oversized vehicles have a one-time fee of $50.00. All additional parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
